parmesan cheese

๐ฐCheaper: grated pecorino
Nutritional yeast provides a cheesy flavor with fewer calories.
olive oil
๐ฅHealthier: avocado oil
๐ฐCheaper: canola oil
Canola oil is more affordable while still suitable for sautรฉing.
Cucinare la pasta e scolarla.
Irrorare la pasta con un po' d'olio d'oliva per evitare che si attacchi.
In una pentola antiaderente, mettere un po' d'olio e la cipolla affettata finemente e soffriggere.
Aggiungere le zucchine, la melanzana e il peperone tagliati a pezzettini, un goccio d'acqua e il sale.
Far cuocere per 7-8 minuti.
Aggiungere i capperi, i carciofi e le olive e cuocere per altri 3-4 minuti.
Versare il composto nella pasta.
Aggiungere i pomodorini e il basilico tritato.
