1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 cup Sprite
2 medium carrots
1 tablespoon fish sauce
2 tablespoons butter

Marinate the pork shoulder in soy sauce, juice of 1 whole lemon, and ground black pepper for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
