8 oz rice noodles
1 lb sirloin steak
1 carrot (for garnish)
2 hot chili peppers (sliced, for garnish)
4 scallions (sliced)
2 cups bean sprouts
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
1/2 cup cilantro (for garnish)
2 limes (cut into wedges)
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce (for serving)
2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (for serving)

Start with beef broth and enhance it with beef bones.

Boil the beef bones in cold water for 10 minutes to rid impurities.

Cut onion into quarters and peel ginger, then cut in half lengthwise.
