8 oz rice noodles
1 lb beef sirloin
2 cups bean sprouts
1 cup basil leaves
2 limes
2 jalapeños
4 green onions

Wash the chicken thoroughly, removing fat and rinsing multiple times.

Boil the chicken for 2 minutes, then flip it over and boil for another 5-8 minutes depending on size.

Add half a teaspoon of salt and chicken powder to the boiling water.

Prepare the bone broth by washing the bones in warm water to remove impurities.
