1 tablespoon star anise
1 cinnamon stick
4 whole cloves
2 cardamom pods
3 tablespoons fish sauce
8 oz rice noodles
8 oz beef sirloin
2 cups bean sprouts
1 cup basil leaves
2 limes
2 jalapeños
4 green onions

Pan over the ingredients and show them to the camera.

Heat a cast iron skillet until it's smoking hot.

Char the onions and ginger in the cast iron skillet until they have a good char.

Transfer the charred onions and ginger into the Ninja Foodi.
