1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup tahini
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup water (adjust for consistency)
