1 red carrot
1 onion
50 gms sesame

Wash & soak chickpea overnight.

The next day, cook it in a pressure cooker for 6 to 7 whistles after adding a little salt.

Cut carrots & onions.

Roast sesame in Kadhai until it pops, then cool and grind in a blender to make tahini paste.

Keep a little oil in a Kadhai, add onion & carrots and fry.

Add the cooked water of chickpeas and cook with a lid for 4 minutes.

Check if cooked nicely, then cool and grind finely in a mixer jar with cooked chickpeas, pepper, garlic paste, sesame paste, olive oil, and lemon juice.
