Marinate the chicken with half of the salt, half of the pepper, and half of the light soy sauce.

Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan.

Add 3 cloves of chopped garlic to the hot oil and fry until brown and crispy, then remove from the pan.

Switch on the heat again and cook the egg with a pinch of salt, breaking it as it cooks, then remove from the pan.

Add the yellow onion to the pan and stir-fry until cooked, then add the marinated chicken.

Cook the chicken and onion for about 2 to 10 minutes, flipping the chicken until cooked through.

Lower the heat and add the cooked rice, remaining salt, pepper, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce, and half of the fried garlic.

Raise the heat to medium and stir-fry until all ingredients are well mixed and the rice is heated up.
