Activate yeast in warm water with sugar until frothy, about 5-10 minutes.
Mix flour and salt in a large bowl.
Add activated yeast mixture, milk, melted butter, and eggs to the flour.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
Punch down the dough and divide into equal pieces.
Shape each piece into a roll and place on a baking sheet.
Cover rolls and let rise again for 30-40 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake rolls until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and brush with melted butter before serving.
