1

Wash and cut the fish filet into small chunks of 1-inch length. Season with a pinch of salt & pepper and set aside for 30 minutes.

2

Cut the bell pepper into 1-inch chunks, onion into big chunks, and slice zucchini into long ribbons. Season all the veggies with salt and pepper.

3

In a large bowl, combine melted butter, black pepper, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, fresh cream, Italian seasoning, and salt. Whisk until mixed.

4

Add the seasoned fish cubes to the marinade and coat evenly. Let sit for another 30 minutes at room temperature.

5

Thread the fish cubes and veggies onto skewers, alternating between them, leaving a 1-inch gap at the top.

6

Heat a cast iron grill pan until smoking hot, then lower to medium heat and brush with melted butter.

7

Place the skewers on the grill pan and grill for 8 minutes without disturbing. Brush with melted butter on top.

8

Flip the skewers and grill for an additional 5 minutes until cooked through.
