Handful of Coriander Leaves
1/2 Cup Gram Flour (Besan)
1 Tsp Chili Flakes
1/4 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Pepper Powder
2 Tbsp Curd
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
Salt
1/2 Cup Coconut
1/2 Cup Roasted Chana Dal
12-15 Mint Leaves
Small Piece of Tamarind
Pinch of Pepper Powder
1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Tsp Oil
1/4 Tsp Chana Dal
1/4 Tsp Urad Dal
1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds
6-7 Curry Leaves
3 Red Chilies

Blend soaked Dosa Rice with Fresh Green Peas, Coconut, and Ginger until smooth.

Mix in Gram Flour, Baking Soda, Chili Flakes, Pepper Powder, Salt, and Curd until well combined.

Heat a non-stick appam pan over medium heat and grease lightly with Oil.
