Add 1 tbsp oil and rub the seasoning into the lobster.
Squeeze lime juice over the lobster to enhance the flavor.
Pour heavy whipping cream over the lobster and let it marinate for about an hour.
Prepare a flour mixture with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Coat the lobster in the flour mixture, shaking off excess flour.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat for frying.
Fry the lobster until golden brown, turning to ensure even cooking.
Remove the lobster from the oil and place it on paper to absorb excess oil.
Fry the lobster shells for presentation until crispy.
