1 kg frozen French fries
200 g shawarma meat (chicken or beef)
200 g grated cheese (Gouda or Cheddar)
100 g lettuce, shredded
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1 small onion, finely chopped
100 g garlic sauce
100 g sambal (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven and cook the frozen French fries according to package instructions until golden and crispy.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shawarma meat and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Once the fries are done, layer them in a large oven-safe dish.

Spread the cooked shawarma meat evenly over the fries.

Sprinkle the grated cheese generously on top of the meat and fries.
