1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
1/4 teaspoon lemon pure extract
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 sticks unsalted butter
3 cups sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
5 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1

Preheat the oven to 275 to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, depending on your oven.

2

Set out 3 sticks of unsalted butter for about 30 minutes to soften.

3

In a bowl, mix together 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Set aside.

4

In a mixing bowl, add the softened butter and start mixing on low speed.

5

Gradually add in 3 cups of sugar, mixing well as you go.

6

Crack 5 eggs into the mixture one at a time, ensuring each egg is well incorporated before adding the next.

7

Add a little bit of the flour mixture to the batter, then add some of the 3/4 cup of milk and the vanilla extract, coconut extract, and lemon extract.

8

Continue to mix until all ingredients are well combined and the batter is smooth.

9

Pour the batter into a silicone bundt pan, which does not require greasing or flouring.

10

Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

11

Allow the cake to cool completely before removing it from the pan.

12

Once cooled, place the cake on a cake holder for serving.

13

Drizzle old-fashioned caramel icing over the cake as desired.
