200 G Sugar
3 Eggs
130 G Honey (3 Full Tablespoons)
600 G Flour
200 G Icing Sugar
500 G Cream (30–35%)
Vanillin Or Vanilla Sugar
400–500 G Sour Cream
1 Glass Of Nuts (Optional)

Prepare the honey dough by mixing butter or margarine, sugar, eggs, honey, and baking soda.

Gradually add flour to the mixture until a dough forms.

Divide the dough into layers and bake each layer for 7–8 minutes at 180–190 °C.

While the layers are baking, prepare the cream by whipping the cream and mixing it with icing sugar and vanillin or vanilla sugar.

Assemble the cake by layering the baked honey layers with the cream and optional nuts in between.
