All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Hot water 1/4 cup
Sugar 1 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Fruit jam 1/2 cup
Red food color (optional)
Dedicated coconut on top

Mix sugar, curd, oil, and vanilla together.

Add all purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda; mix well.

Pour in milk and mix until combined.

Prepare an inch pan with baking paper and preheat on medium flame for 5 minutes.

Place the tray in the preheated pan and cook on medium low flame for 20-30 minutes.

Let the cake cool completely.

Prepare sugar syrup by mixing hot water, sugar, and honey.

Prick the cooled cake and pour the prepared sugar syrup over it.

Microwave fruit jam for 30 seconds and spread it on the cake.
