1 tablespoon Maggi chicken seasoning
1 tablespoon Maggi all-purpose seasoning
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon paprika
1 large onion
2 medium tomatoes
4 scallions
2 teaspoons thyme leaves
2 hot peppers
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 cups warm water
1 can (15 oz) red kidney beans
1 large carrot
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper

Wash chicken with vinegar, lime, and a little salt.

Add crushed garlic and pimento seeds to the chicken.

Add Maggi chicken seasoning, Maggi all-purpose seasoning, turmeric, and paprika to the chicken.

Add onions, tomatoes, scallions, thyme leaves, and hot peppers to the chicken.

Rub the seasonings into the chicken thoroughly.

Marinate the seasoned chicken for about 2 hours.

Heat vegetable oil in a Dutch pot.

Put on gloves to handle the chicken and shake off excess seasoning.
