1 kilo chicken (thigh and leg)
1 teaspoon paprika
1.5 teaspoons chicken seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic and coriander seasoning
1 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
boiling water
ketchup
sweet chili sauce
vegetable oil

Cut chicken into three pieces and marinate with natural blending season from the day before.

Add 1 teaspoon paprika, 1.5 teaspoons chicken seasoning, 1 teaspoon garlic and coriander seasoning, 1 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning, and 1 teaspoon mixed herbs to the chicken.

Let the chicken marinate for 4 to 5 hours.

Heat a medium-sized frying pan and add vegetable oil.

Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken and fry until browned.

Remove the chicken and add boiling water to the pan.

Add a little ketchup and sweet chili sauce to the boiling water and stir.

Return the chicken to the pan, cover, and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
