1 kg chicken leg
1 diced onion
3 clove garlic
2 tbsp green seasoning
1/2 tbsp all purpose
1 tbsp chicken seasoning
1/2 tsp Cajun / jerk season dry rub seasoning
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp mix herbs
1 tsp black pepper
8 sprigs of thyme
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 maggi cube
2 carrots
1 potato
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
3 scallion/ spring onion
1 slice onion
1 scotch bonnet

Season the chicken legs with green seasoning, chicken seasoning, Cajun/jerk seasoning, garlic granules, paprika, mix herbs, and black pepper.

In a pot, heat vegetable oil and add the seasoned chicken to brown.

Add diced onion, garlic, thyme, and other vegetables (carrots, potato, red pepper, green pepper, scallions) to the pot.

Pour in chicken broth and add half a Maggi cube.

Simmer until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
