1 scotch bonnet pepper
1 tomato
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger
fresh thyme
1 teaspoon browning seasoning
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1 cup chicken stock
chicken (washed and chopped into pieces)

Start by adding 1 tablespoon of chicken seasoning to the cleaned and chopped chicken pieces.

Mix the chicken with the seasoning and marinate for about 30 minutes.

Add 1 tomato, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 inch of ginger, 1 scotch bonnet pepper, and fresh thyme to the marinated chicken.

Mix everything together to ensure the chicken is nicely seasoned and marinated for another 30 minutes.

Heat a pan over medium-high heat until hot.

Add vegetable oil to the pan and then add the marinated chicken.

Sear the chicken for about 3 minutes on the first side, then stir it up and close the lid.

Cook for another 3 minutes with the lid closed.

Remove the lid and add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1/4 cup of ketchup, and 1 cup of chicken stock to the pan, along with the remaining fresh seasonings (thyme, tomato, etc.).

Stir everything together and cook down for about 30 minutes on medium-high heat.
