2 cups boiled potato slices
1 tablespoon chaat masala
1 cup cucumber slices
1/4 cup sweet chutney
1 cup onion slices
1 cup tomato slices
1 cup cheese (optional)

Start with slices of honey wheat bread.

Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.

Apply green sandwich chutney on the buttered side of one slice.
