2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon cornstarch
4 cloves minced garlic
steamed jasmine rice

Cut chicken thighs into about one inch pieces.

Marinate chicken with soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, white pepper, egg white, and cornstarch for 30 minutes.

Mix 3/4 cup cornstarch, 1/4 cup flour, salt, and white pepper for the crispy coating.

Mix 3/4 cup water, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, rice vinegar, ketchup, honey, brown sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and cornstarch for the sauce.

Dredge marinated chicken in the coating mixture, shaking off excess.

Heat oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and fry chicken in batches for about 2 minutes until color changes.
