Add ground beef, cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Mix in cumin, cinnamon, paprika, and cayenne pepper, stirring for 1 minute to release flavors.
Incorporate tomatoes and tomato paste, cooking for 5 minutes until thickened.
Add soaked chickpeas, lentils, and enough water to cover ingredients.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes until chickpeas and lentils are tender.
Stir in lemon juice and chopped cilantro just before serving.
Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.
