A bunch of green asparagus, boiled
1 red onion, sliced
1 lettuce, washed and dried

Cornichons (pickles)
1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon ground cumin or cumin seeds
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
