Make These Delicious Protein Bowls in Less Than 10 Minutes!

- ●9 lasagna noodles
- ●1 lb ground beef
- ●2 cups ricotta cheese
- ●2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ●1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ●2 cups marinara sauce
- ●1 egg
- ●1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/4 tsp black pepper
- ●1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 3In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- 4In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- 5Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- 6Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce, then spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
- 7Add half of the ground beef, followed by a layer of marinara sauce and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
- 8Repeat the layers: 3 noodles, remaining ricotta mixture, remaining ground beef, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
- 9Top with the final 3 noodles, remaining marinara sauce, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
- 10Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- 11Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

- ●1 tsp garlic powder
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- 1In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- 2Season the beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- 3In a bowl, layer the cooked white rice as the base.
- 4Add the cooked ground beef on top of the rice.
- 5Top the beef with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and diced pickles.
- 6Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- 7Drizzle Thousand Island dressing over the entire bowl.
- 8Serve immediately and enjoy your Big Mac Bowl!

- ●1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

- ●1 avocado, diced
- ●1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- ●1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
- ●1 tbsp olive oil
- ●1 tsp chili powder
- ●1 tsp cumin
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
- 2In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- 3Drizzle the spice mixture over the rice and bean mixture, and toss to combine.
- 4Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl or individual bowls.
- 5Top with shredded cheese, diced red onion, avocado, and fresh cilantro.
- 6Add a dollop of sour cream on top if desired.
- 7Serve immediately and enjoy your Enchilada Bowl!
