  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  4. 4In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. 5Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. 6Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce, then spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
  7. 7Add half of the ground beef, followed by a layer of marinara sauce and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
  8. 8Repeat the layers: 3 noodles, remaining ricotta mixture, remaining ground beef, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
  9. 9Top with the final 3 noodles, remaining marinara sauce, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
  10. 10Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  11. 11Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. 2Season the beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. 3In a bowl, layer the cooked white rice as the base.
  4. 4Add the cooked ground beef on top of the rice.
  5. 5Top the beef with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and diced pickles.
  6. 6Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  7. 7Drizzle Thousand Island dressing over the entire bowl.

  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn kernels, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions
