1

Add 400 grams of lamb mince to the Ninja Foodi pan.

2

Add 3/4 cup of split chickpeas that you have already soaked for at least an hour.

3

Add roughly cut 2 inch piece of ginger and 2 cloves of garlic.

4

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 4 cloves, 2 split open black cardamoms, and a 2 inch piece of cinnamon stick.

5

Add 1.5 cups of water and stir to mix well.

6

Fix the pressure cooker lid and set the Ninja Foodi to 4 minutes in pressure cooker mode.

7

Once the cycle is complete, wait for 5 minutes before releasing the pressure and take the lid off.

8

Dry the remaining water in Saute mode, then remove from the stove and let it cool.

9

Remove the bigger pieces of spices and sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of mixed Indian spice, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of cumin seeds powder; mix well.

10

Add chopped fresh coriander leaves, 2 chopped green chilies, and 1 finely sliced medium onion; mix well.

11

Use a food chopper to mix and chop the mixture into a fine paste.

12

Put some oil in your hands and make medium-sized patties, which should make 12 patties.

13

Heat oil on medium heat in a frying pan.

14

Dip the patties in a well-beaten egg and carefully put them in the oil.

15

Fry till golden brown, turning over as the kebab turns golden brown.
