1/2 cup lemon curd
1/2 cup sultanas
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup cherries

Add water to the dough mixture which already contains milk powder.

Mix the dough in a large machine for around 10 minutes.

Layer the dough with lemon curd and sprinkle sultanas or raisins on top.

Roll the dough up from one end to the other.

Place the rolled dough on a tray, ensuring they are spread out.

Put the tray into the proving box with some water.

Bake the buns in the oven at 220 Celsius for around 15 minutes until golden brown.
