3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon white vinegar
½ cup water
1 tablespoon corn starch

Cut chicken breasts into cube shapes.

Mince 3 cloves of garlic.

In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons corn starch, and mix well.

Add 1 cup all purpose flour to the mixture and mix well again.

Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

Fry the chicken cubes in the heated oil for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.

Use low medium heat and add some cooking oil to the skillet.

Chop spring onion and set aside.

In another bowl, combine 1 cup chicken stock, 4 tablespoons light soy sauce, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 3 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon white vinegar, and stir.

Add ½ cup water and 1 tablespoon corn starch to the mixture and stir and mix well.

Simmer the sauce for 8-10 minutes until thickened.

Add the fried chicken to the sauce and mix well for around 1 minute.

Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped spring onion over the top before serving.

Serve the sesame chicken with rice.
