It's a staple in classic French cuisine, often served in fine dining establishments. Today, chicken demi-glace has gained popularity in home cooking, providing a luxurious touch to various dishes.

Olive oil is healthier and can replace butter in sauces.
Chop chicken thigh and season with onions, ginger, garlic, black pepper, chicken powder, curry powder, salt, and bay leaves.
Blend the seasoning and pour it over the chicken; mix well.
Cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes on medium heat until chicken is well cooked.
Shallow fry the steamed chicken in a pan with a little oil until slightly brown on all sides.
Add chunky-cut vegetables: carrots, onions, cucumber, and green pepper, along with chopped chili peppers for heat.
Pour in the chicken stock from steaming the chicken.
Mix 1 and 1/2 tbsp of corn starch with water to create a slurry and add it to the chicken sauce.
Add about a tablespoon of dark soy sauce and stir until well combined.
Taste and adjust seasoning with shrimp tablet and a pinch of salt if necessary.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the sauce is ready.
