Cover the lingonberries and sugar with hot water and let sit for about 10 minutes.
Push them through a sieve to extract the juices.
Transfer the juices back to the jug and pour again through the berries to extract more juice.
Scrape the bottom of the sieve to get all the juices out.
Transfer the pot onto heat and bring the juices to a boil.
While mixing with a whisk, slowly add the semolina.
Continue mixing while cooking the semolina for about 5 to 10 minutes to prevent burning.
Transfer to another bowl and allow to cool.
Once cool, mix with a hand mixer on the highest setting until the porridge turns pink and fluffy.
Allow the porridge to cool completely before serving.
Serve the porridge with a little bit of milk.
