Boil water in a pot.
Add 1/2 stick of butter to the boiling water.
Pour 2 cups of water into a mixer.
Add 1 1/2 cups of sugar (or replace with 1 cup of honey).
Add 1 1/8 cups of rye flour to the mixer.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
Incorporate 1/2 cup of powdered milk into the mixture.
Add molasses (about 1/8 of a bottle) to the mixture.
Add 2 packets of yeast to the mixture.
Gradually add 10-11 cups of all-purpose flour until the dough reaches the desired consistency.
Mix the ingredients with a dough hook attachment until combined.
Allow the dough to rise for about 1 hour until it doubles in size.
Shape the dough and place it into a greased bread pan.
Let the dough rise again before baking for about 30-45 minutes.
