3 cloves garlic
1 cup onions, sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup bok choy, chopped
1 cup carrots, julienned
1 cup green beans, trimmed
1 cup snow peas
1 cup bell peppers, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon all-purpose seasoning
