Tandoori Potato

Wash baby potatoes thoroughly to remove dirt.
Cut baby potatoes in half.
Soak potatoes in cold water for 10 minutes.
Drain and dry the potatoes with a towel.
In a large bowl, add chopped fresh cilantro and minced garlic.
Add chili flakes and salt according to taste.
Add 1 tablespoon of melted butter to the mixture.
Mix all ingredients well.
Preheat OTG to 180°C (356°F) and line with butter paper.
Place the potatoes on the butter paper in the OTG.
Optionally, sprinkle some chopped cilantro on top.
Bake in OTG for 20 minutes at 180°C.
For air fryer, set to 160°C (320°F) for 12 minutes.
