2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 medium onion, sliced
1 lime, cut into wedges

Wash baby potatoes thoroughly to remove dirt.

Cut baby potatoes in half.

Soak potatoes in cold water for 10 minutes.
