16 grams Dried Yeast
2½ tsps Salt
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Garlic or onion powder or granules (optional)
415 ml Tepid Water
2 Egg White
4 tsp Olive Oil
246 grams Turkish Peynir (or Feta cheese)
18 grams Flat Leaf Parsley (or Spinach, or Extra/Mature Cheddar Cheese)
1 Egg yolk & splash of milk for egg wash

Start by measuring/weighing all the ingredients. Have the 3 flour amounts in separate bowls.

Microwave the water until slightly warm, then add the egg white & oil and mix together.

Add the yeast to the main mixing bowl with the first flour and mix, then add salt, sugar, and optional garlic or onion powder.

Add the tepid liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and mix briefly before using a stand mixer on low to medium speed for 2 minutes.

Add the second flour and mix for another 2 minutes, then gradually add the third flour until the dough comes together.

Knead the dough with a dough hook for 4 minutes, then scrape and knead again for another 4 minutes, or knead by hand for about 10 minutes.

Cover the bowl with a clean tea-towel and leave in a warm place for 15 minutes.
