Remove the crust from the slices of bread. Cut the bread with the help of special star and flower-shaped cookie cutters.

Cut the zucchini into thick slices and grill them on a very hot griddle on both sides.

Wrap a lemon peel inside a slice of smoked salmon and form lots of little roses.

In a food processor add the cream cheese, chives, salt, and pepper and mix to obtain cream. Fill the piping bag.
