1

Welcome back to Dorothy's kitchen; today we are making two ingredient blueberry bagels.

2

Add 1 cup of all-purpose flour to a mixing bowl.

3

Add 3 teaspoons of baking powder to the flour.

4

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the mixture.

5

Add 650 g (2 and 1/2 cups) of 10% plain Greek yogurt to the bowl.

6

Mix the ingredients together for about 5 minutes until well combined; it doesn't need to be kneaded like a yeast dough.

7

Prepare 1 cup of blueberries; sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of flour to coat them and prevent them from getting mushy.

8

Fold the blueberries into the dough gently, working in about a quarter at a time to avoid crushing them.

9

Cut the dough in half and then keep cutting it in half until you have about 8 large portions.

10

Roll each portion into a ball and poke a hole in the middle to shape them into bagels.

11

Place the bagels on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

12

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

13

Brush the bagels with an egg wash made from egg and water.

14

Bake the bagels in the preheated oven for approximately 23 to 25 minutes, checking for doneness.

15

Remove the bagels from the oven; allow to cool slightly before serving.
