Add the washed Kale to a bowl. Remove any excess water. In this way, they will be more crisp.

Add the 50ml of Olive Oil, the 2 tablespoons of each species: powdered red pepper, powdered turmeric and powdered coriander.

Add salt to taste.

Gently mix all the ingredients with your hands for two minutes.

Transfer the kale chips to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Place separately.

Bake for 10-12 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius. Watch well. When you have the edges of each brown kale leaf, you can remove from the oven.
