500 g yogurt
1.25 kg tomatoes
125 g ginger-garlic paste
125 g brown onions
1.25 kg chicken
5 liters water
9 g salt
125 g dry potatoes
3 tbsp garam masala
25-30 whole green chilies

Soak 5 kg basmati rice in water for 30 minutes.
