1 tbsp Cumin seed powder
2 Dry Bayleaf
1 Star Anise
5 Green Cardamom

1 tbsp Coriander seeds
1 tbsp Fennel seeds
1 tsp Whole Black seeds
Pinch of Cumin seeds
4 Black Cloves
4 Green Cardamom
2 Black Cardamom

Add all the broth ingredients in pot with chicken and 5 cups of water. Cook for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked.

Remove the chicken pieces and strain the broth; keep it aside.

Add cumin seeds and fry for a minute.

Add bay leaf, cloves, green and black cardamom; fry for a minute.

Add chicken and fry until it's brown.

Once the rice absorbs the broth, cook on low heat for another 5-7 minutes.
