1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 medium onion
1 green chili
1/4 cup coriander leaves
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup yogurt

Wash and chop fenugreek leaves finely.

In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, chopped fenugreek leaves, salt, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala.

Add water gradually and knead the mixture into a soft dough.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.

Dust a rolling surface with flour and flatten each ball into a round disc.
