ginger - 12 cloves
salt to taste

water as required

Clean & soak masoor dal for 10 to 15 mins.

Wash fish pieces properly with lemon juice and salt.

In a cooker, add fish pieces, soaked masoor dal, chopped tomato, crushed garlic, green chilli, salt to taste, and 3 glasses of water.

Close the cooker lid and set on low flame for 2 whistles only.

Let the cooker depressurize naturally.

Open the lid and turn on the flame for 2 to 3 mins (low flame).

Add chopped coriander/cilantro and cook for 1 min.

Turn off the flame; Boil Fish Recipe is ready to serve.
