4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup red wine
1 cup beef broth
2 carrots, chopped
1 onion, quartered
2 stalks celery, chopped

Season the leg of lamb with salt all over, turning it around to cover it completely.

Rub the salt down and let the leg of lamb rest for about an hour.

Place the leg of lamb in the air fryer.

Set the air fryer temperature to 180 degrees Celsius.
