1/2 cup maldives fish

1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon tamarind
2 cups sring hoppers
1/2 cup coconut sambol
1 banana
2 egg yolks
1 cup fresh milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 cup cake flour
2 egg whites
1/4 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup dried watermelon rind slices
