Mix 100g sugar with 3 eggs until the sugar is dissolved.

Melt 70g butter in a microwave and add it to the egg mixture.

Add 180ml milk, 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder, and 1 tsp vanilla to the mixture.

Incorporate 300g flour and 1 tbsp baking powder into the egg mixture in 3 stages.

You can use the apples without peeling them.

Apply melted butter to a baking dish/tray to make things easier later on.

Pour half of the batter into the tray.

Add the rest of the batter on top.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.

Dust with icing sugar (optional) and serve with vanilla ice cream and chocolate topping.
