1kg of pork (any cut), sliced to about 30mm thick
1 head of garlic, peeled and coarsely cut
4 coriander plants (roots only), coarsely cut
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of peppercorns
4 tablespoons of Thai oyster sauce
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
