3 pieces of chicken breast
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
2 garlic cloves

Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.

Add the chicken to a bowl.

Season the chicken with chopped cilantro, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, and 2 chopped garlic cloves.

Mix everything together until well combined.

Prepare 5 kebab sticks for making around 5 kebabs.

Place the kebab sticks on an air fryer rack.

Cook the kebabs in the air fryer at 400°F for about 20 minutes.

After 10 minutes, take the kebabs out and flip them to cook the other side for another 10 minutes.

Prepare the sauce by starting with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, adding a little bit of ketchup, and a little bit of balsamic glaze.

Mix the sauce in a ziplock bag until all ingredients are combined.

Cut the tip of the ziplock bag and drizzle the sauce over the kebabs.
