Prepare the lobster meat by chopping it into small pieces.
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, lemon juice, and chopped parsley.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in the chopped lobster meat and green onions gently.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
Using a spoon, drop batter into the hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd the pot.
Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally for even cooking.
Remove fritters with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Serve hot with a dipping sauce of your choice.
