Gently mix the ingredients until well combined, being careful not to mash the avocado.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more lime juice or salt as desired.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Prepare cucumber by slicing it thinly to create a base for the tartare.
Using a ring mold, layer the lobster mixture on top of the cucumber slices.
Garnish with lemon zest and additional herbs if desired.
Serve immediately with toasted bread or crackers.
