5-6 green chilli crushed
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 golden fried onion
2 pinch baking soda
2 tbsp hung curd
4-5 tbsp chickpeas flour or roasted gram flour
1 lemon juice
oil for frying
1 onion for Sizzling

In a mixing bowl, combine the mutton keema and fat.

Add salt, chili powder, chilli flakes, cumin powder, chat masala, coriander powder, black pepper powder, garam masala, crushed green chilies, ginger garlic paste, and golden fried onion to the keema mixture.
