Bring 6 quarts of water to a boil.
Add the entire pack of lasagna noodles to the boiling water and cook for 8 minutes, adding a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
Drain the cooked lasagna noodles.
Spread a little bit of tomato sauce at the bottom of the baking pan.
Layer the cooked lasagna noodles into the baking pan.
Add about 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese over the noodles.
Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the mozzarella cheese.
Add a couple of scoops of meat Bolognese sauce on top of the ricotta cheese.
Layer another set of lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
Add about 1.5 cups of mozzarella cheese over the noodles.
Spread the remaining Bolognese sauce over the mozzarella cheese.
Add the final layer of lasagna noodles on top.
Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley for color.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 20 minutes.
Let the lasagna rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
